Albert Heijn to open city store in The Corner, Rotterdam

Albert Heijn is to open a new city store of approx. 825 m² at Karel Doormanstraat 398 in Rotterdam, in The Corner building. The supermarket recently signed a long-term lease with the owner of the property. This means that the building in the centre of Rotterdam has now been fully let.

The Albert Heijn store will be based around a city retail concept with a focus on fresh products, and is expected to open its doors in June. The front-side entrance has been fully renovated in preparation for the arrival of Albert Heijn. The renovation work and the completion of the building have given Karel Doormanstraat a fresh new look.

The owner of the property was advised by CBRE, in close collaboration with JLL.
