ARKET to open first store in The Netherlands

ARKET will open its first store in The Netherlands on Koningsplein 20 in Amsterdam. The spring 2018 opening follows ARKET's launch in autumn 2017 with openings in London, Brussels, Copenhagen and Munich and an online store in 18 European markets. 

The new store will occupy three floors in the building, in a space of over 1,000 sq. m. and will include a cafe based on the New Nordic Food Manifesto, located on the ground floor.

ARKET will offer essential products for men, women, children and the home in this historic building with an iconic corner location between two of Amsterdam's World Heritage Site canals.

IVN from The Hague advised ARKET. Fimek is responsible for project development. CBRE has advised ASR and is responsible for renting out the remaining shopping space in the monumental complex.
