Audax rents 2,040 sq.m. of office space in Amsterdam
Audax Holding has signed a lease for approximately 2,040 sq. m. of office space at the The Grey building, Joop Geesinkweg 901 in Amsterdam. Audax will relocate the Van Ditmar companies, Audax Publishing and the Ako headquarters to two large floors totalling 2,040 sq. m. Audax also plans to lease thirty parking spaces. A new workplace concept will be implemented on both floors, creating a new and dynamic working environment.
CBRE is responsible for the interior design and project management of the new working environment and, as adviser to Audax, also helped secure the transaction.
The Grey is located at a high-profile location close to the A10 motorway, in between the S112 (Amsterdam Amstel/Diemen train station) and the A2 intersection. The building also houses tenants including Regus and Cravt. There is currently still 1,026 sq. m. of office space available. Audax has offices in the Netherlands and Belgium and mainly focuses on the publication, marketing, distribution and sales of printed media and other products and services.
The landlord was represented by asset manager BNP Paribas Real Estate in this transaction. Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Advisors acted as leasing real estate agent.
