Avans University of Applied Sciences acquires building in Breda

Avans University of Applied Sciences has acquired former multi-tenant office building Gebouw A at Claudius Prinsenlaan 140-148 in Breda. The 5,196 sq. m. property was built in 1992, next to the Avans campus, and has 133 parking spaces.

Claudius Prinsenlaan is one of the main access roads from the A27 to the centre of Breda and is conveniently located close to main roads. Avans University of Applied Sciences is one of the most renowned graduate and post-graduate education institutions in North Brabant.

CBRE advised seller Cromwell Property Group in this transaction. Nauta Dutilh provided legal advice to the seller and Qwinq advised the buyer.
