ba&sh leases first store in the Netherlands on P.C. Hooftstraat

Fashion chain ba&sh Netherlands B.V. has opened its first store in the Netherlands at P.C. Hooftstraat 35 in Amsterdam. ba&sh has signed a multi-year contract with owner Vastned Retail Nederland B.V. for the lease of the 200 sq. m. property.

The ba&sh brand was created by Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief. Their clothing has been stocked at De Bijenkorf stores in the Netherlands since autumn 2017. From spring 2018 onwards, the collection will also be sold at the renovated and refurbished property on P.C. Hooftstraat.

The landlord was advised by KroesePaternotte. CBRE advised ba&sh in this transaction.
