Beddenreus opens store at Bossche Boulevard
A fund managed by Rockspring has agreed on a new, long-term lease with Beddenreus for retail space at the Bossche WoonBoulevard. It concerns approximately 935 sq m in Den Bosch (Goudsmitsraat 11).
The Bossche Boulevard is a well-known shopping area in Den Bosch. In March 2015, 10,000 sq m has been added to the already existing retail stock. This has resulted in a total of approximately 50,000 sq m of shopping space. The new part of the shopping mall is now fully let. There is just one retail unit available for rent in the existing part of the Bossche Boulevard.
