Bestseller leases 640 sq. m. of retail space in Leidsche Rijn

BESTSELLER is leasing approximately 640 sq.m. of retail space in the centre of Leidsche Rijn in Utrecht for three of its fashion chains. The new town centre is currently being developed and is expected to be completed at the end of 2017. The multi-year leases for the shops have been signed with Leidsche Rijn Centrumplan B.V., a cooperation of a.s.r. Vastgoed Projecten and Vesteda Project Development.

Denim lovers will soon be able to shop till they drop at JACK & JONES, which is being allocated a space of approximately 260 sq. m. BESTSELLER is also going to lease approximately 263 sq. m. of retail space for its chain ONLY, and the 117 sq. m. unit that is going to be leased for Name It will expand the range of baby clothing and children’s wear in Leidsche Rijn centre. Together, all these units will provide Leidsche Rijn with a large collection of baby’s clothing and children’s wear, and teenage, ladies’ and men’s fashion.

The retail units in Leidsche Rijn consist of a good mix of fashion, food and health shops, and bars and restaurants, run by both international and local entrepreneurs. Jumbo Foodmarkt, H&M, MANGO, VERO MODA, Hunkemöller, Blendz and Jones & Jones have already signed a lease to locate in the centre.
