BIS merges its offices in new leased property covering 2,200 sq. m.

BIS has agreed a lease on more than 2,200 sq. m. of office accommodation at Pesetastraat 5 in Barendrecht, with its parent company Econocom Nederland acting as co-signatory. This will involve the company moving from five buildings to a single large, modern building, facilitating a collaborative style of working.

The new BIS office accommodation has an exclusive entrance area and the company will also be able to create a roof terrace. BIS opted for the location and the office building because of the efficient office flooring, the number of available parking spaces and good accessibility.

The leased property is located on the ground, first and second floors of the building. The lease also includes 20 parking spaces at the front of the office building and 60 in the parking facility opposite.

BIS is a market leader in collaborative forms of work. The company achieves this through a mix of competencies in the fields of smart buildings & smart offices, IT & development, audiovisual solutions, collaboration & videoconferencing, narrowcasting and interior design. BIS advises on, develops, installs, maintains and manages dynamic and complex audiovisual & ICT solutions in the commercial and institutional markets. BIS employs 220 people, spread across strategically located offices in the Benelux, and is part of the Econocom group. The new BIS offices in Pesetastraat will also serve as a showroom for customers and clients.
