CBRE Global Workplace Solutions boosts team with appointment of Jerry van Ulden

Jerry van Ulden (46) has joined CBRE as Business Development Director for Western Europe, Global Workplace Solutions, with effect from 1 May. Based in London, he will work with the Business Development Team in taking responsibility for delivering winning value propositions and growth for clients in Western Europe.

Jerry is joining CBRE from ISS Facility Services, where he has worked since 2011, most recently as Corporate Relations Director. In that capacity, he focused on developing relations and accounts in the senior level decision-making units of existing and potential clients. In his time at ISS, he made a major contribution to the positioning and growth of Integrated Facility Services by professionalising various processes and establishing a centralised sales community. He also played an active role in the field of sales excellence.

We are very much looking forward to Jerry joining our team. He is full of energy and passion and has built up a strong network within the FM industry, with consulting firms and clients alike. His attitude, experience and commercial skills will add genuine value to the further development of our Global Workplace Solutions team.
