Chalet Group leases office space in Braingate, Capelle aan den IJssel
Chalet Group has concluded a long-term lease with Axoft IT & Telecom for some 1,230 sq. m. of office space in Braingate, Capelle aan den IJssel. Axoft IT & Telecom are to merge their branches in Ridderkerk and Schiedam.
The total floor area of Braingate is around 15,910 sq. m. of office space, with some 6,020 sq. m. currently still available for rent.
This A-label office building is situated between the ‘Rivium’ business park and Fascinatio Boulevard and enjoys excellent access thanks to the direct connection with the A16 motorway to Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda. One striking characteristic of the building is that several of its floors span the local two-lane road. Braingate Building offers its tenants a range of facilities such as a recently refurbished company restaurant, a gym, a meeting centre and flexible workplaces (facilitated by Regus).
