City of Arnhem renews lease agreement

The city of Arnhem has renewed its lease agreement for the Eusebiusbuitensingel 49-51-53 in Arnhem. The agreement includes approximately 25,993 m2 of office space and 224 parking spaces. Strijbosch Thunnissen Bedrijfsmakelaars, partner in Dynamis, advised the city of Arnhem during the renegotiation with both owners. Owner PPF Real Estate was advised by NL asset management. CBRE advised owner Sechzigste Swachwert Holland GmbH & Co KG.
