The city of Leiden buys bus depot at Rijnsburgerweg

Connexxion Nederland NV has sold the property on Rijnsburgerweg 1 and 1a in Leiden to the City of Leiden. The building is a bus depot, with a workshop and offices with a total surface area of approximately 8,500 sq. m. and a plot area of approx. 15,600 sq. m. The complex is currently leased by the Arriva transport company.

The site is located in the Houtkwartier district, right next to Leiden Central Station. Houses, offices and the railroad tracks are nearby. The location is easily accessible by both public transport and car, and there is ample parking space available at Rijnsburgerweg’s premises.

Connexxion Nederland NV was advised by CBRE on the sale of the property. The buyer, the City of Leiden, was assisted by Frisia Makelaars BV, partner in Dynamis.
