Coca-Cola HBC Finance leases office space in Millennium Tower

Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. and The Office Operators B.V. have signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 462 sq m of office space in the Millennium Tower in Amsterdam (Radarweg 29). The owner of the building is Commerz Real Investmentgesellshaft. Coca-Cola HBC Finance has officially opened the office on the 30th of May 2016.

Millennium Tower is a 97.5 meters (320 ft), 24 stories office building in Amsterdam Westpoort, constructed in 2002 and completed in 2004. It is one of the ten tallest buildings in the capital. At the moment it’s partly in use by Reed Elsevier Group, the remaining square metres are rented. Commerz Real has transformed the former single-tenant building into a multi-tenant building by fully renovating the entrance and adding facilities like a coffee corner and fitness center. The Office Operators give further substance to the multi-tenant concept by offering office solutions, flex spaces, meeting rooms and so called virtual offices.

CBRE advised Coca-Cola HBC during the commercial negotiations and has also been responsible for the interior design of the tenant’s office.
