Cristofori building attracts new tenants

The historic canalside Cristofori building in the Negen Straatjes (Nine Streets) neighbourhood of Amsterdam has been fully let by Van der Vorm Vastgoed. The owner purchased the building at Prinsengracht 581-583 in 2015 and has since given the office accommodation a major upgrade. The building’s new tenants include IMA (Influencer Marketing Agency) (approx. 420 sq. m.), Aminnovation (approx. 100 sq. m.) and retailer Verse (approx. 145 sq. m.). An addition of around 210 sq. m. to the existing lease has also been agreed with FUGA/Independent IP. As a result, FUGA/Independent IP now leases around 615 sq. m. in total. All of this means that the building is now fully let.

For more than forty years, the Cristofori building in Amsterdam’s Prinsengracht has been an inspirational location for musicians, culture lovers and creative entrepreneurs. Made up of two canalside buildings linked together, Cristofori covers six floors and has a total lettable area of almost 2,300 sq. m. It enjoys a vibrant location close to the popular Jordaan area.

DRS Makelaars and CBRE acted as leasing advisers on behalf of the owner.
