Delft Investment acquires Whitepark

Vastint Netherlands has sold the Whitepark office complex at Poortweg 2-8 in Delft to Delft Investment and Development B.V. The complex consists of two buildings totalling approximately 17,000 sq. m. with 347 parking spaces. Whitepark has a great location adjacent to the A13 motorway and is located within walking distance of the Delft city centre.

The iconic white office building is located in a park and was built in 1971. Between 2008 and 2012, Whitepark was fully renovated according to design by architect Wessel Vreugdenhil. The buildings were given a new façade and the site’s layout was changed, including the parking spaces. New large windows let in a lot of daylight, and create a closer connection to the surrounding nature. The renovation was also the ideal time to make the buildings more sustainable.

De vendor of Whitepark, Vastint, was advised by CBRE in this transaction.
