Delta Lloyd sells office portfolio for 229 million

Delta Lloyd has sold its office portfolio to a group of investors led by First Sponsor Group Limited from Singapore. It concerns sixteen office buildings at prime locations in the Netherlands. A couple of these offices are in use by Delta Lloyd itself, such as the Mondriaantoren in Amsterdam. Delta Lloyd continues to rent these buildings. The portfolio is sold for approximately 226 million Euros. aan Tower.

Delta Lloyd has been advised by CBRE and Loyens & Loeff in this transaction. DTZ Zadelhoff supported First Sponsor Group, in cooperation with legal advisor Nauta Dutilh.
