EMC Computer Systems extends lease contract with Chalet Group
EMC Computer Systems and Chalet Group have agreed on a long-term extension of the lease contract for office space in Nieuwegein. It concerns approx. 2,665 sq m of office and archive space and 80 parking spaces (Edisonbaan 14B and C).
The premises of EMC is located at “De IX Rhijnhuysen” in Nieuwegein, on the outskirts of Utrecht. Nine office buildings are located here, with a total lettable floor space of approx. 18,600 sq m. The location is unique in the historical park of the Rhijnhuysen castle, in the near vicinity of the Merwedekanaal.
