An exclusive retail object with triple layer upstairs apartment on ‘het Noordeinde’ in The Hague was sold to a private investor, on October 1st. The object has a total gross floor area of approximately 400 s qm. It concerns the former store of Couturier Gerard Brussé.

Het Noordeinde is a shopping street with a lot of of high end, exclusive shops. There are art and antique shops, boutiques, jewelers and restaurants; some are purveyor.
