First Dutch Taco Bell restaurant opens in Eindhoven

Taco Bell, specialized in Mexican-inspired quick-service food, opens its first Dutch restaurant in Eindhoven. Taco Bell has signed a long-term lease agreement with a private owner for approx. 230 sq m of retail space (Rechtestraat 62). After a major renovation, it is expected that taco and burrito lovers can visit the new Taco Bell from mid-March 2017.

Kolsteren Bedrijfshuisvesting has advised the landlord during this transaction. CBRE acted on behalf of Taco Bell and guides the chain exclusively with their expansion in Netherlands. Taco Bell intends to open 50 new stores over the next 10 years and CBRE is looking for centre locations of approximately 175-250 sq m in the major cities in the Randstad and the city ring in the south of the Netherlands (Brabant).
