First tenant contracted for Maintenance Value Park
Trinseo and MVP Development 1 BV have signed a long-term lease agreement for the development of a business building on the Maintenance Valuepark (MVP) in Terneuzen. The MVP is a business park of 10 ha that will be developed by MVP Development 1 BV – a combination of APF International and contractor Cordeel.
Trinseo has signed a contract for approximately 2,800 sq m of office space, 3,300 sq m of warehouse and 1,300 sq m of laboratorium space.
CBRE acted on behalf of Trinseo during the agreement with MVP Development and advised the tenant about the choice of location.
