Flynth rents office space at Jufferenwal in Zwolle

Flynth Adviseurs en Accountants BV is now leasing approximately 1,675 sq. m. of office space at Jufferenwal 30 in Zwolle. Included in the lease are 55 parking spaces in the building’s basement car park. Flynth’s subsidiaries Rombou and Fonkel are also moving into the new office building. The Rombou engineering firm became a full subsidiary of Flynth last year. Start-up Fonkel offers entrepreneurs real-time insight into their business administration via their online app.

The lease covers the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the striking building that is situated directly on the inner city canal. This building is also right on the edge of Zwolle’s historic city centre. A completely new workplace concept has been developed for the office space. After the launch in the Zwolle branch, this workplace concept will be implemented in every Flynth office. Super Winkel Fonds N.V. (an Annexum investment fund) owns the complex. Flynth is partially responsible for the owner’s decision to schedule a major renovation for the building. The building and its technical systems will be completely updated and fitted with sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting.

The landlord Annexum was advised by Zwolle-based commercial property agent KroeseTempert Bedrijfsmakelaars in this transaction. In addition to the commercial support CBRE is providing Flynth, the real estate advisor is also responsible for the new workplace concept in addition to the renovation’s interior design and project management.
