Habion Healthcare Sector Property Foundation leases in Leidsche Rijn Centrum
The Habion Healthcare Sector Property Foundation, a national housing association and specialist in the field of housing for the elderly, has signed a long-term contract for the lease of 795 sq. m. in the Uffizi office building at Parijsboulevard 143 in Leidsche Rijn Centrum, Utrecht.
The Uffizi office building, which was built in 2017, is part of the Rivoli offices that are located in Leidsche Rijn Centrum. Both the name and architecture of the U-shaped building are based on the Palazza degli Uffizi in Florence, which houses one of the oldest and most important art museums in the world.
In connection with the lease, ASR Vastgoed Projecten BV was advised by Ans de Wijn Bedrijfshuisvesting. CBRE advised the Habion Healthcare Sector Property Foundation in this transaction.
