Hapag-Lloyd extends lease in Dockworks III in Rotterdam
Hapag-Lloyd AG and Nordcapital Immobilienfonds Niederlande 9 GmbH &Co.KG have recently extended the lease agreement for office space in the Dockworks III building in Rotterdam (Waalhaven O.z. 79). It concerns approx. 4,023 sq m of office and archive space and 94 parking places.
Gebouw Dockworks III is part of an office complex at the Waalhaven O.z. near the Dwarswal pier and in the maritime business centre of Rotterdam.
