Henley 360 expands in Rotterdam

Light industrial specialist Henley 360 has recently purchased business park Boezembocht in Rotterdam from NS Stations (part of NS Group). The industrial business park is strategically located on the outskirts of the A20 and consists of five multi-let buildings totaling approximately 20,000 sqm.

For H
enley 360 this purchase means, after the previous acquisition of business park Handelscentrum Rotterdam, a further expansion of its multi-let industrial platform in the Netherlands.
NS Stations further pursues its strategic focus on optimizing the qualitative development of stations and station areas for the benefit of travelers with this transaction.

CBRE and NautaDutilh acted on behalf of Henley 360. Ooms Makelaars Bedrijfshuisvesting (Partner in Dynamis) and Houthoff Buruma advised NS stations.
