Hoornse Onroerend Goed Compagnie B.V. buys Hof van Hoorn home furnishings centre

Hoornse Onroerend Goed Compagnie B.V., a consortium of private investors, has acquired the Hof van Hoorn home furnishings centre in Hoorn. The vendor was Patrizia.

The properties, located on C.J.K. van Aalstweg in Hoorn, offer a combined floor space of 26,000 sq. m. There are around 20 tenants, all specialty retailers such as DIY centres, furniture and lifestyle retailers, and electronics stores.

CBRE advised the vendor during this transaction, together with Loyens & Loeff. The buyer was represented by Estadium.
