Ingram Micro leases at Secoya Campus in Utrecht

MN, on behalf of Stichting Pensioenfonds Metaal & Techniek, and Ingram Micro have agreed on a long-term lease for office space in building C at Secoya Campus. The lease concerns approximately 4,245 sq m on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the building and will commence mid 2016.

Secoya Campus is located at Papendorp, the business park of Utrecht. After former tenant Atos left approximately 36,000 sq m, the owner planned a complete upgrade of the building. This is currently in progress and more than 50% of the vacant space has now been leased to companies like Tribes, Grontmij, Color Business Center, HTC and Baker Tilly Berk.

Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Ingram Micro in this transaction. The landlord was advised by CBRE, who is also responsible for the property management.
