Inside Investments sells commercial building in Ede

The independent investment fund Inside Investments has sold a commercial building in Ede to a private investor. This involves about 5,775 sq.m. of offices and other commercial space at Frankeneng 53 and 55 in Ede.
Weener Plastics Netherlands, a leading designer and manufacturer of plastic packaging materials, has signed a full multi-year lease for the multifunctional commercial building. The building has a favourable location, due to the proximity of the A30 motorway junction, which gives easy access to the A12 and A1 motorways.

The sale of this property in Ede is in keeping with Inside Investments’ strategy of downsizing its commercial space portfolio. After this sale, its commercial space portfolio will still consist of seven properties spread throughout the Netherlands.

ActiVast Bedrijfshuisvesting from Ede advised the buyer during this transaction. Inside Investments was advised by CBRE’s Mid Cap team.
