Jelle Kasteel appointed new Executive Director Capital Markets Asset Services at CBRE
Capital Markets team boosted by two new appointments
Jelle Kasteel has been appointed as the Executive Director for Asset Services in the CBRE Capital Markets team. In addition, Sebastiaan van Nimwegen was recently appointed to the position of Director in the Dutch offices team.
With an extensive background in asset and portfolio management, Kasteel certainly has the experience needed for the job. With his company, Castle Real Estate, he has been advising organisations in compiling and implementing their portfolio strategy for the last seven years. His previous employers before that included CBRE GI, Vesteda & Bouwinvest.
Sebastiaan van Nimwegen was recently appointed to the position of Director within Capital Markets. He will be responsible for the offices team and will also join the management team. Van Nimwegen has worked at CBRE for over eight years, the last seven of which within Capital Markets.
