Joint venture Angelo Gordon (APF) leases 2,200 sq. m. of Life building

Haba Trading, Effect Business Events and Instant Group have all recently signed long-term leases for 7,800 sq. m., 620 sq. m. and 800 sq. m. of office space respectively in the Life building. The property is situated at Van Deventerlaan 31-51 in Utrecht.

The joint venture Angelo Gordon, part of APF International, has redeveloped this iconic building at Papendorp and transformed it from a nondescript office building into an attractive place focusing on a mixture of meeting, working and relaxation. Entirely in accordance with the Life concept.

Life opened its doors for the first time last October. Continu and T-systems were among the first to sign a lease. With the final rental transactions, approximately 5,000 sq. m. building has now been leased in a short space of time.

CBRE advised the landlord in the transaction with Haba Trading and the Instant Group. Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord in the transaction with Effect Business Events. Both transactions were completed in cooperation with JLL.
