Kentucky Fried Chicken opens its first restaurant in Den Bosch

Kentucky Fried Chicken is opening its first branch in Den Bosch this autumn. KFC has signed a multi-year lease for approximately 800 sq. m. of retail space at the De Bossche Boulevard. The new restaurant at Reitscheweg 20 will also have a drive-through.

The Bossche Woonboulevard is a popular home furnishings hotspot in the area. Since 2011, the centre has been owned by PanEuropean Property De Bossche Boulevard (Netherlands) B.V. The centre boasts a total of 50,000 sq. m. of retail space, with shops selling furniture, kitchens, carpets and curtains, electronics, DIY, bathrooms and bedrooms. Free parking is available for 1,700 vehicles. The last available retail unit has now been leased to KFC.

KFC has plans for a major expansion across the Netherlands in the coming years. There are currently 58 KFC restaurants in the Netherlands.

CBRE advised the landlord, PanEuropean Property De Bossche Boulevard, in this transaction. PATRIZIA owns the PanEuropean Property De Bossche Boulevard fund.
