Kneipp Nederland leases in Le Mirage Utrecht

Kneipp Nederland B.V. and a real estate fund managed by Rockspring (Rockspring NPS Property II) have agreed on a long-term lease contract for office space in Le Mirage in Utrecht. Kneipp leases 510 sq m on the 9th floor of the high-quality office building.  

The building on ‘Kanaleneiland’ was designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox and comprises of a total of 18,200 sq m of office space, divided by 21 floors. Tenants are ABN Amro Lease, Brunel, First Pensions, GGN and Two-B Engineering, that recently signed a lease contract for 865 sq m. Currently 7,135 sq m is still available for rent. The ground floor of Le Mirage has been renovated recently and offers a business lounge with a bar of Belgian coffee brand Vasco Belo. Le Mirage has a EPC A label.

Kneipp Nederland was advised by IJsselstreek Zakelijk. The landlord was supported by CBRE.
