Laudicom Properties has purchased an office building with 2,600 sq. m. of floor space in De Meern. The building is located at Rijnzathe 4. The vendor is a private investor.
The office building, which was built in 1987, consists of four storeys and is located next to the entrance to Oudenrijn office complex. The property is visible from the N198 through road and the A12 motorway. It can easily be accessed by car and public transport - there are regular bus services (lines 128 and 180) to and from Utrecht Central Station.
