Law firm De Bok Roijers Gasseling Advocaten extends lease on Hofpoort

Law firm De Bok Roijers Gasseling Advocaten has reached agreement with PPF Real Estate to extend its lease on approximately 700 sq. m. of office accommodation. The office is situated at Hofplein 20 in Rotterdam.

The agreement also relates to 141 sq. m. of archive space and 10 parking places in the building’s parking facility.

The ‘Hofpoort‘ building is located at the heart of Rotterdam Central District, the city’s main office boulevard. The main shopping and recreation area, De Lijnbaan, is just a three-minute walk away.
