Lucas Francken joins CBRE's residential team
Lucas Francken recently took up a post as senior consultant in CBRE’s residential team, part of Capital Markets. Together with his closest colleagues, he focuses specifically on advising developers and builders about housing developments. This work centres around providing guidance and advice on the purchase and sale of these new properties.
After obtaining a degree in Architecture at Delft University of Technology, Lucas started work with Heijmans – a listed construction company – in 2012. There, he gained more than five years of work experience, latterly in the role of project developer.
Lucas’s profile is a perfect match for our team and for the growth of our residential consultancy business. We are increasingly being asked to advise developers on transactions involving new housing. Given his background, Lucas is very well qualified to identify their specific needs in this area. This expansion will enable us to further strengthen our position as market leader in sale guidance for turn-key housing investments.
