MADE moves to Raadhuisstraat in Amsterdam

Design furniture brand MADE has opened a 580 sq. m. new retail outlet at Raadhuisstraat 31-37 in Amsterdam. The company signed a long-term lease with a private landlord for the property. After 18 months at Rokin, MADE is now moving its flagship store.

Raadhuisstraat is located in the heart of Amsterdam’s historical city centre and boasts a beautiful gallery. The street is adjacent to the palace on Dam Square and is located close to the famous ‘nine streets’. The area attracts lots of tourists and is a busy shopping area. The property that will host the new MADE flagship store was fully renovated and revamped in the last three months and was officially opened on 1 October.

MADE is an English brand that sells designer furniture at a fair price. This is possible because the company is in direct contact with the designers and manufacturers of the furniture they sell. MADE currently has 8 showrooms spread across Europe in cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, Lyon and London.

CBRE advised tenant MADE in this transaction.
