Meltwater leases new Amsterdam offices on Singel

Meltwater has signed a long-term lease contract with AIK, the landlord of the Singelstaete building in Amsterdam, for approximately 930 sq.m. of office space. Meltwater is a provider of media intelligence & social monitoring tools, with its current offices located on the city’s Herengracht. It will occupy the third floor of the stately building on the corner of Singel and Raadhuisstraat, at 250 Singel. The Singelstaete’s approximately 8,200 sq.m. of floor space is now fully rented again.
The imposing Singelstaete building is located in the heart of Amsterdam along one of its picturesque canals and surrounded by various restaurants, shops and many of Amsterdam’s most iconic sights. Public transport options abound. The building has two entries, one on Singel and the other on Raadhuisstraat, and an underground car park with space for 40 cars.

Meltwater was advised by Spring Real Estate during this transaction. The interests of landlord AIK were represented by CBRE in cooperation with Van Dijk & Ten Cate.
