MVRDV leases 2,475 sq m in Achterklooster Rotterdam

MVRDV and Goudsesingelgebouw B.V. have agreed on a new lease for office space in Achterklooster, part of the recently reopened Industriegebouw at the Goudsesingel in Rotterdam. The Industriegebouw, an icon of the reconstruction and national monument, is designed by architect Hugh Maaskant. Many young and traditional businesses are located here. The lease agreement concerns approximately 2,475 sq m of office space spread over the ground floor and mezzanine floor.

MVRDV, the architect that designed the Markthal among others, is widely known for her experimental designs. The move is essential because of the current growth of the company.

CBRE advised MVRDV during the relocation. Goudsesingelgebouw B.V. was supported by Colliers International Rotterdam B.V.
