New residential care facility in Nijverdal for Wonen bij September

Wonen bij September, an innovative organisation that provides small-scale, private residential care for people with a memory impairment, has signed a multi-year lease with Aedifica Nederland for a new residential care facility consisting of twenty apartments in Nijverdal. The building is being developed by Thuismakers, who have signed a development agreement with Aedifica. The residential care facility will be located at Salomonsonstraat 51.

There will be space for 20 residents at the new facility. The project is expected to be completed at the end of 2018 or the start of 2019. Wonen bij September currently has seven locations located across the Netherlands, and over the next year, several new locations will be developed. The organisation is also currently looking for more new locations in the Netherlands. Thanks to this contract with Aedifica, Belgian Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Wonen bij September has gained a new cooperation partner to help achieve this ambition.

Wonen bij September was established to meet the increasing demand for quality residential care that improves the daily well-being of elderly people with a memory impairment. The organisation provides small-scale accommodation where people receive all the support they require. The residential care facility is accessible to a wider group of people, not only to elderly people in the higher-income groups.
