OCP sells Ganzepoort shopping centre in Amsterdam

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) has sold Ganzepoort shopping centre in Amsterdam to a private investor. Ganzepoort shopping centre is located in the centre of the Amsterdam Southeast city district and measures approximately 5,700 sq. m., 75% of which is convenience retail. The most important tenant is Albert Heijn, and there are a number of local entrepreneurs.

Ganzepoort shopping centre is part of a larger portfolio with convenience-driven shopping centres that OCP is currently marketing with CBRE. Multiple other sales from this portfolio are expected in the short term.

The vendor received legal advice from Loyens & Loeff and was advised commercially by CBRE. The buyer received commercial advice during the purchase from Colliers International and legal advice from Dirkzwager Legal & Tax.
