Orion complex in Hoofddorp welcomes new tenant

Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft has contracted a new tenant for office space in one of the buildings (B) of the Orion complex in Hoofddorp (Siriusdreef 70-72). NTT Europe leases approximately 900 sq m on the second floor of the building. NTT Europe is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications, that offers high-quality ICT-solutions to various companies worldwide. The lease agreement also covers 27 adjacent parking spaces. The object comprises of a total of about 2,700 sq m VVO. There is still approximately 900 sq m for rent on the first floor.

Orion is a multi-tenant complex that consist of three jointed buildings in which PostNL, CGI and Hertz are also accommodated. It is located on Beukenhorst-Oost, an important business park in the Schiphol area with a stock of approximately 193,000 sq m of office space. The accessibility is very well because of its location close to the motorway (A4) and various public transport connections.  

Commerz Real was advised by CBRE. The rent of Orion is a collective responsibility of BT Makelaars and CBRE.
