Petit Bateau leases store in The Hague (Plaats 8A)

Petit Bateau and Van der Kooy Vastgoed have signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 144 sq m of retail space in The Hague (Plaats 8A). De Plaats is one of the historic squares in the city centre where one can find various shops, restaurants and bars. 

The French retailer that is particularly known for its baby and women clothing has opened the store last week. 
Petit Bateau was advised by KroesePaternotte during this transaction. CBRE advised the landlord.
