Powerhouse Company leases office space in Westerlaantoren Rotterdam
Powerhouse Company plans move to the Westerlaantoren Rotterdam property. Powerhouse Company, a full-service architectural firm with in-house architects, designers and interior designers, has signed a lease for approximately 1,345 sq. m. of office space at Westerlaan 17 and 18.
The Westerlaantoren property is located in Rotterdam’s Scheepvaartkwartier district, close to the city centre and with a magnificent view of the river Meuse and the Park. The building was fully renovated between 2009 and 2012 and boasts both up-to-date office space and apartments. Westerlaantoren consists of a high-rise and a low-rise part. The high-rise part of the building has both offices and apartments, and this is where Powerhouse Company’s offices are located.
