On behalf of one of its clients Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has agreed on a long-term lease contract with Primark in Dordrecht. The new Primark store that measures approximately 3,500 sq m has opened today in shopping centre Drievriendenhof.

With Primark coming to Drievriendenhof, the old shopping arcade has been halved in length. Drievriendenhof shopping centre includes a total of over 10,700 sq m of retail space. Primark hires a significant part of the available meters.

CBRE acted on behalf of Syntrus Achmea during the commercial negotiations, coordination of the entire renovation and is also involved as property manager of Drievriendenhof. Top Real Estate advised Syntrus Achmea about the redevelopment and is in close cooperation with CBRE responsible for the lease of the last available shopping units.
