Property Of... opens store on Utrechtsestraat in Amsterdam

Property Of... has signed a long-term lease for approximately 40 sq.m. of retail space at Utrechtsestraat 18a in Amsterdam. The store is located close to Rembrandtplein, on the corner of Utrechtsestraat/Herengracht. The room in the basement is also included in the lease that was signed with a private landlord. This summer, the second Property Of... store will be opened in Amsterdam, in addition to the flagship store at Herenstraat that was opened in 2010. The brand also has a store in Hamburg.

Property Of... was founded in 2006 with the purpose of offering a serious alternative to the classic leather briefcase. Their target audience includes both men and women. By now, the brand has added travel bags, backpacks and small leather goods such as wallets to its range.

B&O Retail advised the former tenant on the move. Property Of... was advised by CBRE.
