Remco Rothkrantz launches Investment Advisory at CBRE Investment Banking
New service for pension funds and insurers
CBRE is bolstering its Investment Banking team with the addition of Remco Rothkrantz as Senior Director starting on 1 June.
In this new role, Remco will focus on expanding the range of services CBRE currently offers to institutional investors and fund managers. The new service will be launched under the name Investment Advisory.
Investment Advisory will address the need of pension funds and insurers for independent, strategic advice and expertise on direct and indirect investment in real estate, as well as on assembling, selecting and monitoring real estate portfolios.
Remco is joining CBRE from Kempen Capital Management. He has thirteen years of experience in Real Estate, Asset Management and Corporate Finance. For the past five years, he was responsible for advising institutional investors on non-listed real estate at Kempen & Co as their Director of Non-Listed Real Estate Solutions.
