Reza Mokarram joins CBRE hotel team
The Briton Reza Mokarram MRICS (36 years old) joined CBRE’s Dutch hotel team on 16 January. Reza has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been a hotel industry specialist since 2009, with a particular focus on valuations and consulting on hotel transactions and developments.
Previously, Reza worked at London’s Gerald Eve consultancy as a Senior Associate Partner responsible for the valuation of European hotels and resorts. As the director of CBRE’s hotel team, Reza will primarily focus on the valuation of hotels and advising on developments in the Netherlands and throughout Europe.
Reza has extensive experience in valuations, feasibility studies, developments and acquisitions in the hotel industry. His extensive knowledge of European markets and his experience at leading companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, JLL and Gerald Eve make him a tremendous asset to CBRE.
