Rijntoren building in Arnhem attracts new tenant for offices

The owner of the WTC Arnhem-Nijmegen, Sechzigste Sachwert Holland GmbH, and V.O. Patents & Trademarks, have agreed a new long-term lease. The lease covers approximately 660 sq.m. of office space on the building’s 11th floor and 8 parking spaces in the underground car park (entrance at Nieuwe Stationsstraat 10).

The Rijntoren building, designed in blue and completed in 2005, is part of the Central Station area in Arnhem. The building hosts the WTC of Arnhem-Nijmegen and other organizations. The excellent accessibility of the Arnhem city centre by public transport is attracting more and more tenants looking for appealing and accessible office space locations. V.O. Patents & Trademarks is the second tenant to move into Rijntoren shortly after Avisi moved into the building. The building offers plenty of facilities such as a restaurant, a business lounge, hospitality desk and various meeting rooms and facilities.

The tenant was advised by KWB Vastgoed in Arnhem. CBRE worked closely with Strijbosch Thunnissen Makelaars to advise the landlord in this transaction.
