Robert Lodder appointed new EMEA Managing Director Property Management

As of 1 January, Robert Lodder is the new EMEA Managing Director Property Management. In this new role, he is responsible for CBRE's Property Management services in continental Europe.

The CBRE Property Management team provides sustainable financial, technical and commercial management of real estate. The team assists clients in all their strategic decisions to maximise the value of their commercial real estate. The team also takes care of facilities management for both property owners and end users, allowing businesses to focus their efforts on their core business.

The team is active in all European countries. Every day, some 2,300 employees get involved with all aspects of property management. In total, the team manages over 50 million sq. m.! CBRE has the largest network in Europe for commercial property management.

In his new role, Robert will focus on further strengthening international cooperation and work with the team to develop new, data-driven and technology-driven products and processes.

Mark Spiering took the Property Management reigns in the Netherlands on 1 January 2019, with the official title of Head of Property Management for CBRE Netherlands.

In addition to his new role, Robert remains active as a board member of CBRE Netherlands.
