ROC TOP leases 4,065 sq m in Lumen building in Amsterdam

Stichting Regionaal Opleidingen Centrum TOP (ROC TOP) and Cocon Vastgoed have signed a long-term lease agreement for approx. 4,065 sq m of office space in the Lumen building in Amsterdam (Vlaardingenlaan 13-15). The rented space has been adapted for the new tenant. Approximately 3,300 sq m is still available for rent in the building. 

Lumen is located in Amsterdam-West, southwest of the A10 motorway and close to the entrance and exit ramps of the Henk Sneevlietweg. Accessibility by public transport is very good because of the presence of tram 2 and NS-station Amsterdam Lelylaan. This is an area that is developing, approx. 280 houses are being constructed across from the Lumen building, as well as various small-scale restaurants and stores.
