Schouten Zekerheid extends lease agreement
Schouten Zekerheid Makelaars in Assurantiën BV and Deka Immobilien GmbH have agreed on a long-term lease extension for 1,770 sq m of office space in the “Schoutentoren” in Capelle aan den IJssel (Rivium Quadrant 81-139).
Besides the extension, Deka is about to renovate the office building. The office floors will be modernized and the installations will get an upgrade.
The tenant was supported by DTZ Zadelhoff. CBRE acted on behalf of Deka Immobilien GmbH in this transaction.
